(NASDAQ:LDWY) ("Lendway" or the "Company")today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024 ("Q3").OverviewThird quarter fiscal year 2024 Net revenue was $6.6 million. Gross profit was $1.4 million, or 21.7% of sales. Operating loss of $1.4 million compared to an operating loss of $1.6 million in Q3 2023. Net loss from continuing operations was $1.5 million compared to a loss of $1.5 million in Q3 2023. Net loss attributable to Lendway was $1.1 million, or a loss of $0.64 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $1.1 million, or $0.63 per basic and diluted share in Q3 2023.
