(NYSE:ZTS) today announced that it has agreed to sell $1.850 billion of senior notes, consisting of $850.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.150% senior notes due 2028 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2035, in an underwritten public offering.
