The company was formerly known as OneSmart International Education Group Limited and changed its name to Meta Data Limited in April 2022. Meta Data Limited was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China.

Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. provides child care and early education services, back-up care services, educational advisory services, and other workplace solutions for employers and families.
