In addition, it offers equipment installation and maintenance, vehicle maintenance and repair, and jet fuel and deicing services, as well as flight crews training; and resells and brokers aircraft parts. The company offer its services to delivery companies, air transportation, air express integrators, airlines and governmental agencies, e-commerce, package delivery, freight forwarders, and logistics industries. As of December 31, 2020, its in-service aircraft fleet consisted of 100 owned aircraft and 6 leased aircraft. The company, formerly known as ABX Holdings, Inc., was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio.
