STARZ ENTERTAINMENT CORP. ADOPTS LIMITED DURATION SHAREHOLDER PROTECTION RIGHTS AGREEMENT
SANTA MONICA, Calif. and VANCOUVER, BC, March 10, 2026 /CNW/ -- Starz Entertainment Corp. (NASDAQ:STRZ) (the "Company" or "STARZ") today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") unanimously adopted a limited-duration shareholder protection rights agreement (the "Rights Plan"). The Rights Plan is effective immediately and expires on March 10, 2027, unless extended by shareholder resolution to March 10, 2029, or earlier terminated or amended by the Board.
