Adams Natural Resources Fund Declares Year-End Distribution
BALTIMORE, Nov. 14, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adams Natural Resources Fund, Inc. (NYSE:PEO) declared today a year-end distribution of $1.03 per share. The total distributions by the Fund for 2024 will be $1.77, including the distributions totaling $0.74 per share made in 2024 prior to today's announcement. The annual distribution rate represented by these distributions is 6.7%.
The Fund's estimated sources for the distribution to be paid on December 19, 2024 and for all distributions declared in 2024 to date are as follows:

This marks the 73ʳᵈ consecutive year that the Fund has paid out capital gains and the 90ᵗʰ consecutive year it has paid out dividends to its shareholders.

The payable date for the distribution is December 19, 2024, and the record/ex-dividend date is November 22, 2024. The year-end distribution is payable in stock (default) or cash at the election of each shareholder. The cash election cutoff and share valuation date will be December 11, 2024. The issue price for shares will be the Fund's closing NYSE market price on the share valuation date.
