    Adobe brand concierge for B2C and B2B businesses

    A new generation of consumers are seeing value in having conversational experiences with their favorite brands. New insights from Adobe Analytics show a 1,200% increase in traffic to U.S. retail sites from generative AI sources (AI-powered chat services) in February 2025—and a 1,700% increase to travel sites—as consumers looked for purchase guidance, inspiration and available deals.
