The acquisition comes amid rapid growth in the secondary ticketing market. According to a 2024 report by Statista, the global secondary ticket market is projected to surpass $19 billion by 2027, up from approximately $13.5 billion in 2023, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9%.
