(NASDAQ:SYTA) ("Siyata" or the "Company"), a global developer and vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) handsets and accessories, today announces the appointment of Mr. Campbell Becher to the Siyata board of directors (the "Board") effective September 1, 2024.

Following the appointment, the Board is comprised of 4 directors, 3 of whom are independent. Mr. Becher fills the board seat vacated by Stephen Ospalak who resigned earlier.

Mr. Becher currently serves as a board member at Royal Helium Ltd. and Strategic Minerals Europe Corp. He previously served as a Managing Director at Haywood Securities Inc.
