On June 25, 2024, NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”) notified 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III (the “Company”), and publicly announced via press release, that NYSE American has determined to commence proceedings to delist the Company’s warrants, ticker symbol VCXB WS, from NYSE American and that trading in the Company’s warrants would be suspended immediately, due to trading price levels pursuant to Section 1001 of the NYSE American Company Guide. The Company does not intend to appeal NYSE American’s determination.
