Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the “Annual Report”). The Company has determined that it is unable to file the Annual Report within the prescribed time period because it experienced unexpected delays in the Company’s financial statement closing process to be included in the Annual Report. The Company currently expects to file the Annual Report within the 15 calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
