Other Events.

On November 10, 2021, 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. announced an immuno-oncology collaboration with Gustave Roussy, a leading cancer center in Villejuif, France, for NM-102, a gut microbiome modulator. A copy of the release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
