On November 15, 2021, 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release providing a business update and announcing third quarter 2021 results. A copy of such release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
