On January 6, 2026, AAR CORP. (the “Company”) issued a press release and supplemental slide presentation reporting the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended November 30, 2025. Copies of the Company’s press release and supplemental slide presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
