Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 15, 2022, Absci Corporation (the “Company”) and Nikhil Goel, the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer, agreed that Mr. Goel’s employment with the Company would end effective as of September 20, 2022.
