Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On March 5, 2025, Mr. Leeds Chow, the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of ABVC BioPharma, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his resignation as CFO. While the Company is looking for a full-time Chief Financial Officer to fill the vacancy created by Leeds Chow’s resignation, the Company’s CEO, Uttam Patil will serve as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
