Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 6, 2024, ABVC Biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) received a written notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market Listing Qualifications Staff, indicating that the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rules 5635(a)(1) and 5635(a)(2) (the “Shareholder Approval Rules”) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market pursuant to the Board Resolution dated May 16, 2024.
