WESTBURY, N.Y., March 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- ACRES Commercial Realty Corp. (NYSE: ACR) (the "Company") (formerly, Exantas Capital Corp.;NYSE: XAN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its 8.625% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from January 31, 2021 through and including April 30, 2021 in the amount of $0.5390625 per share. The dividend will be paid on April 30, 2021 to holders of record on April 1, 2021.
