On May 6, 2025, Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive topline data from its ongoing and fully enrolled randomized Phase 2 trial of elraglusib in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel (“GnP”) in first line treatment of metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (“mPDAC”) (Actuate-1801 Part 3B). A copy of the press release is provided herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
