Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 30, 2024, Adicet Bio, Inc. (Adicet or the Company) issued a press release titled “Adicet Opens Enrollment for ADI-001 Phase 1 Clinical Trial in Autoimmune Diseases,” a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 30, 2024, the Company announced the activation of clinical sites for its Phase 1 trial of ADI-001 in autoimmune diseases including lupus nephritis (LN), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis (SSc) and anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis (AAV). The sites are currently open to enroll patients with LN and the Company plans to initiate enrollment of patients with SLE, SSc and AAV in the fourth quarter of this year. Additionally, the Company plans to report on preliminary clinical data from this trial of ADI-001 in LN as well as SLE, SSc and AAV in the first half of 2025.
