On December 3, 2025, Aeva Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a business wire release announcing the Supplier Award discussed in Item 8.01. A copy of this release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On December 3, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company has been selected by a top European passenger original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) as the OEM’s exclusive LiDAR supplier for its global series-production vehicle platform to enable Level 3 automated driving (the “Supplier Award”). The Supplier Award spans the next decade and follows the Company’s successful completion of a joint development program with the OEM.
