Departure of Harry Green as Chief Financial Officer
Effective as of August 16, 2024, Harry Green no longer serves as the Chief Financial Officer of African Agriculture Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company is in the process of identifying and appointing an interim Chief Financial Officer.
