Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On November 24, 2025, Mr. John Hing Vong (“Mr. Vong”) resigned as Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of the Agape ATP Corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Vong’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
