Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On August 31, 2024, ATPC Green Energy Sdn. Bhd.(“ATPC Green Energy”), a subsidiary of Agape ATP Corporation (the “Company”), entered into a Collaboration Agreement (the “Collaboration Agreement”) with Xiamen Photons Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (“Photons Solar”), pursuant to which the Company and Photons Solar will collaborate on the project: “ ATPC Green Energy Explores Solar Mounting Solutions with Photons Solar for The Application of Residential, Commercial & Utility Scale Development of ASEAN region”.
On September 13, 2024, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Collaboration Agreement. A copy of the Collaboration Agreement and the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
