Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 4, 2025, Dr. Aaron Rollins resigned as executive chairman of the board of directors (the “Board”) of AirSculpt Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of the Board, effective as of November 4, 2025. Dr. Rollins’ resignation was not due to any disagreements between him and the Company, its management, or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
