On May 15, 2025, Akari Therapeutics, Plc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 and certain other information. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02.
