On July 29, 2025, Alkermes plc (the “Company”) announced financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025. Copies of the related press release and the investor presentation to be displayed during the Company’s conference call on July 29, 2025 discussing such financial results are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
