On August 22, 2022, Nicole R. Johnson was named President of ALLETE Clean Energy, Inc.; Ms. Johnson will continue to serve as a Vice President of ALLETE, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Johnson had served as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Company since June 2019.
