The complaints assert core patents that form the backbone of Alpha Modus' real-time retail intelligence stack covering shopper-behavior analytics, product-interaction tracking, sentiment detection, store-layout optimization, inventory intelligence, digital engagement, and point-of-sale workflow automation.
