Resignation of Chief Commercial Officer
On February 13, 2026 David Farrell, the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer, resigned, effective immediately.
Mr. Farrell has advised the Company that his decision to step down from the role of Chief Commercial Officer was not based on any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
