Altice USA Expands Financial Leadership Team with Appointments of John Hsu, SVP, Corporate Finance and John Lombana, SVP, Corporate Controller
Altice USA (NYSE:ATUS) today announces the appointments of John Hsu, SVP, Corporate Finance and John Lombana, SVP, Corporate Controller, both reporting to Chief Financial Officer Marc Sirota.
John Hsu will oversee investor relations, treasury, and risk management functions. John Lombana will be responsible for the company's financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, tax, revenue assurance, and financial system administration functions.

John Hsu most recently served as EVP, corporate development, treasurer, and investor relations at AMC Networks, where he spent more than a decade managing treasury operations, risk management, investor relations, and AMC Ventures. Prior to that, he worked as VP of financial and strategic planning at Cablevision for seven years. John has also served on various media industry boards, including RLJE, Fubo TV, Philo, and more.

John Lombana most recently served as group vice president, chief accounting officer, and corporate controller at Mitsubishi Power Americas, and brings telecommunications experience from earlier in his career when he served as head of corporate finance, consolidations, accounting policy, reporting, and mergers & acquisitions at Verizon, vice president & chief audit executive at AT&T, and executive director, corporate finance and audit at Siemens.
