1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Limbach Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") common stock, exempt under Rule 16b-3.

2. This award of RSUs was granted on 09/01/2021. The award is subject to service-based vesting conditions and vests 14.92% on January 1, 2022 and 42.54% on each of January 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024, subject to continued service through the applicable vesting date.

3. This award of RSUs was granted on 01/04/2023. The RSUs cliff vested on January 1, 2024.
