| Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On July 2, 2025, AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that lenders representing more than 80% of the Company’s term loans outstanding under its credit agreement have executed joinders to the previously announced Transaction Support Agreement, thereby satisfying a material condition to move forward with all of the balance sheet enhancing transactions previously announced on July 1, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
