Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 22, 2026, AMC Networks Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Patrick O’Connell, its Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company in order to pursue an opportunity outside of the media industry. Mr. O’Connell’s decision to depart from the Company was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. O’Connell has agreed to continue in his current position through March to provide for a transition of his responsibilities. The Company has initiated a search for a successor to Mr. O’Connell.
