Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted Stock Unit Award granted pursuant to the Teleflex Incorporated 2023 Stock Incentive Plan. Shares vest 100% on the third anniversary of the grant date.

2. This amendment corrects the number of shares underlying Mr. Winters' Restricted Stock Unit Award from 1114 to 1126 and the amount of securities beneficially owned following reported transactions.

3. Exercisable for one third of the shares on each of 2/27/2025, 2/27/2026 and 2/27/2027.
