Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted Stock Award was granted on 9/24/2024. These shares will vest equally over three years.

2. Shares held directly through an IRA.

3. The Form 4 filed by the reporting person on September 26, 2024 inadvertently failed to break out shares held directly by IRA. By this amendment the reporting person corrects such report by showing shares held directly by IRA as the reporting person's holdings.
