    1. Grant of 5,672 restricted share units as non-management trustee compensation. These restricted share units vest in full on the earlier of (i) one year from the date of grant or (ii) the date of the next annual meeting of shareholders.
    2. The original Form 4, filed on May 9, 2025, is being amended by this Form 4/A solely to correct an administrative error, which misreported a grant on May 7, 2025 as a total of 4,383 restricted share units when 5,672 restricted share units were granted.
