Remarks:

On 01/25/2023 the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported the awarding of 2.376 DRIP shares. These shares were acquired under the Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) and should not have been listed as line items. The amended Form 4 will reflect a line item for a holding of 251.9750 and a footnote stating that the amount of 251.9750 includes a DRIP of 2.379 on 01/03/2023. Also, the reporting person showed an A (award) of 1,244 restricted stock shares and included them in the total of 16,951.9049, which is not an accurate number. This amendment 4 will show the A (award) of 1,244 restricted stock shares with a total in column 5 of 16,949.5289 (2,299 restricted and 14,650.5289 regular).
