Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported price is the weighted average purchase price for the transactions reported on that line. Purchases were made at a purchase price of between $1.4823-$1.7061. The Reporting Person will provide to the Staff, the issuer, or a security holder full information regarding the number of shares purchased or sold at each separate price upon request.

2. The filing of this Form 4/A is to correct the number of shares of Common Stock beneficially held by the Reporting Person reported in the Form 4 filed on August 7, 2024, which error was discovered by the Reporting Person on February 10, 2025.
