Remarks:

This Form 3/A is being filed to reflect the three-for-one forward stock split of the Company's ordinary shares effected on April 29, 2026, as a result of which every Company shareholder of record as of April 27, 2026 received two additional ordinary shares for every one ordinary share held. This Form 3/A also removes the previously filed Exhibit 24.1 - Power of Attorney.
