Explanation of Responses:

1. This restricted stock award will vest in 2025. One third of the award vested in 2023 and 2024. Upon vesting, each restricted stock unit will convert into one Class A Common Share of the Company.

2. This amendment corrects a clerical error on the exercisable date of the award.

3. This restricted stock award will vest in 2025 and 2026. One third of the award vested in 2024. Upon vesting, each restricted stock unit will convert into one Class A Common Share of the Company.

4. This amendment corrects a clerical error on the number of shares in this award.

5. This restricted stock award will vest in equal parts in 2025, 2026 and 2027. Upon vesting, each restricted stock unit will convert into one Class A Common Share of the Company.
