Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 3 amendment is being filed to correct the original Form 3 filed on November 5, 2020, which incorrectly reported the amount of securities beneficially owned directly by the reporting person. The amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person that is reported in Column 2 of Table I has been revised to include 583 additional shares of common stock that were not previously reported in the original Form 3.
