Explanation of Responses:

1. Securities held by Pantera BlockChain Venture Fund LP. The Reporting Person is the Founder, Managing Partner and control person of Pantera Capital Partners LP, which is the investment manager of Pantera Blockchain Venture GP LLC, which is the general partner of Pantera BlockChain Venture Fund LP. As a result, the Reporting Person may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the securities held by Pantera BlockChain Venture Fund LP.
