Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 3/A is being filed to correct the number of shares of common stock reported in Table I of the original Form 3 filed on October 21, 2024, which inadvertently reported 103,853 shares beneficially owned by the reporting person instead of the 80,524 shares reported herein. This Form 3/A is deemed to update the number of securities reported as beneficially owned in any Forms 4 subsequently filed by the reporting person through the date hereof.
