Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person's original Form 3 mistakenly overstated his Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned by 1,272 shares of common stock due to the double counting of an equity grant. The first five Form 4s filed following the original Form 3 filing also contained such overstatement.
