The reporting person undertakes to provide to Antero Resources Corporation (the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote (1).

2. Includes 78,389 shares of Common Stock subject to previously granted RSUs and 83,879 shares of Common Stock subject to previously granted performance share units, in each case, that remain subject to service-based vesting.
