Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 7, 2024, Samsara Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing, among other things, that Alyssa Henry was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) on August 1, 2024, effective August 4, 2024. At the time of her appointment, the Board had not made a final determination regarding the committees of the Board to which Ms. Henry would be appointed. On October 10, 2024, the Board appointed Ms. Henry to the Audit Committee of the Board, effective November 3, 2024.
