On June 17, 2025, the reporting person mistakenly filed a Form 4 reporting receipt on June 16, 2025, of a grant of 1,572 shares of Restricted Stock under the REX American Resources 2015 Incentive Plan. It was subsequently determined that no Restricted Stock was actually issued because the plan had expired in accordance with its terms 15 days prior to the grant. As of June 16, 2025, the reporting person owned only 20,773 shares of common stock. |
