Explanation of Responses:

1. On January 7, 2025, the reporting person mistakenly filed a Form 4 reporting a grant pursuant to Issuer's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan of 175,000 shares (not adjusted to reflect the 1:60 reverse stock split effected on February 18, 2025) that did not occur. As of January 7, 2025, the reporting person owned 3 shares of common stock (as adjusted to reflect the 1:60 reverse stock split effected on February 18, 2025).
