Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on November 22, 2024, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment to correct an administrative error. The original Form 4 was mistakenly filed reporting a sale of 84 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, that did not occur. As of November 20, 2024, the reporting person owned 249,848 shares of common stock.
